DAMFEN-P and DAMPRA-R are Schedule H medicines, available only on a doctor’s prescription. Flexi-CRP PRO and Damcal-Max are dietary supplements and don’t need one — though we recommend checking with your doctor before starting any supplement.

Our supplements are meant for regular use as directed on the pack. Prescription medicines should be taken only for as long as your doctor advises. If you need ongoing treatment, review it with your doctor from time to time.

It depends on the product. Pain relief from a medicine like DAMFEN-P is usually felt soon after a dose, while joint and bone supplements work gradually and are typically taken consistently over several weeks.

Some combinations aren’t advisable — for example, pain relievers shouldn’t be doubled up with other paracetamol or anti-inflammatory products. Tell your doctor or pharmacist about everything you take, supplements included, before starting.

Most people tolerate our products well, but any medicine can cause side effects, such as stomach discomfort with pain relievers. If you notice anything unusual or signs of an allergic reaction, stop and consult your doctor.

Take it as soon as you remember, unless it’s nearly time for your next dose — then skip the missed one. Never take a double dose to make up for it. For prescription medicines, follow your doctor’s instructions.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and moisture and below 30°C. Keep the strip or bottle closed after use, and keep all medicines out of reach of children.
