DAMFEN-P is a fixed-dose combination of two analgesics: Aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic. It is prescribed for the short-term relief of pain and inflammation in painful conditions of the musculoskeletal system.

- Pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis
- Rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
- Low back pain and muscular pain
- Soft-tissue injury, sprains and strains
- Dental and post-operative pain
- Fever accompanying painful conditions
How it helps
- Aceclofenac IP 100 mg
- A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It inhibits the cyclo-oxygenase enzymes, lowering the prostaglandins that drive pain, swelling and inflammation at the site.
- Paracetamol IP 325 mg
- An analgesic and antipyretic acting centrally to raise the pain threshold and bring down fever, complementing aceclofenac's anti-inflammatory action.

Storage & safety
- Store protected from light and moisture at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
